Jeremy went snowboarding today, so Mom and I decided to go shopping.  Michaels and Scrapbooker's Paradise.  I found this patterned paper by My Minds Eye.  Loooove it.  It came in a package and I loooove it all :)))) I knew I shoulda bought both packages ;)

Of course this card was inspired somewhat by Michelle Wooderson.  She is so darn talented...But look at my BOW!  Holy cow.  My Mom will be so proud! Just wait till she sees this!

Recipe~

Paper: Very Vanilla, Sage Shadow, My Minds Eye-be loved (both sides-they coordinated sooo nicely)

Ink: Sage Shadow,  Chamomile Vintage Tea ink

Accessories: Ek succes heart punches, su circle punches, buttons from my stash, linen thread, Ocean Tides satin ribbon from PTI, Labels 1 Nestabilites.

My Mom made a few super cute boy cards for our stash.  I told her that area was lacking, and she delivered!

Valentine Treats!!

YUM!  We made a little chocolate fun today :))  I found these chocolate molds at Michaels, and COULD NOT resist making some :))  Walmart even had Oreo's on sale today!

I used my new Papertrey stamps! Vintage labels, and Simple Valentine. The Vintage Labels stamps really do fit the Labels 1 Nestability perfectly :)

Here, you can see the Oreo cookie.  How sweet are these. Sugar RUSH! I love Chocolate molds, and couldn't resist Oreo cookie molds!  SOOO Fun :)

I just listed some on Etsy.  They are a pretty good price too!

Happy Holidays

Hope everyone had a healthy, restful christmas. Here are a few things we have been up to.

Aly's preschool christmas concert.  She kept telling me "Mom, I get to hold the baby!"  It was the cutest thing EVER!

Getting snacks and pictures ready for Santa on Christmas Eve...

And trying to get these cuties to still for a picture with their matching christmas dresses. Brooklyn is 8yrs, Kamryn (my neice) is 1.5yrs, and Aly is 4.5yrs.  They had such a fun christmas, they pooped out early :)

I am starting Valentines today, can't wait to rip into my new papertrey valentine goodies.  See you later :)
  
   

Christmas Presents

We are builing a house, and our realtor/builder is a really really really nice guy. We have known him for years.  I gave him a thanksgiving card, and he was amazed! LOL!  I thought it would be nice to make him some christmas cards, but changed my mind when I bought this "Home Made" set by Papertrey.  I thought maybe he could give them out.....

I was inspired by a card that Dawn McVey made a while back. This set is totally fun!

I made him a dozen, and dug into my stash of Red Riding Hood.  My Favorite color, but since we're moving, I told myself I have to use some of this stuff up. Quit Hoarding!! You know what I mean :)

Long Time no SEE!

Sorry, kinda disappeared there for a bit.  Our craft sales were Great!  Birthday Parties were Fun! Work has been absolutely Crazy, but now everything is winding down! YAY!  Maybe we can sit back and enjoy now...

After all the valentine stuff out there, I felt like changing gears a bit.  After all my christmas cards are done and mailed so....I jumped on the bandwagon. 

I thought this card would be good for Valentines, Anniversaries, or just for a love day :)

Autumn Thanks

Here's another Autumn Abundance Card.  I think I will make these into a set to give to my sister in law for christmas.  I love this set, and I love coloring these flowers.  I'm not a huge flower person, but I do like these alot :)  I cased this from Becky Oehlers who is on the papertrey design team..

I forgot to take a picture of my copics, but here are the colors I used: E08, E09, YG95, YG97, YR21, YR24, E53, E55, E57, W1, and of course my colorless blender :) I also airbrushed with a little E51.

I cased this card from someone on SCS, and put my own little spin on it. The colors are slightly different, and I used a different nestability because I can't find my labels 1!! AACK!
